Condolence: Please accept my sincere sympathy at this difficult time. I first met Lera when I started teaching in Wagmatcook 18 years ago. Being a new teacher, it was so good to have someone like Lena as a coworker. She was so helpful and kind to me, always willing to lend advice or do what she could to help me. This continued for several years, until she completed her teaching career, for what should have been a very long and happy retirement. I consider it a privilege to have had Lena as a coworker and a friend. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
