Condolence From: Betty Magelssen
Condolence: Dear Marie, Julee, Toni and family; My condolences to everyone. I'm very saddened to hear about Jim's passing. He spent many years with Rolf and me when in Toronto for grading during the winter months in the 80's and 90's. He became a member of our family. He was larger than life with his laughter; his big smile; his love of telling jokes; and of course his big heart. We all loved him. He will be missed.
Love Betty

Condolence: The first time I meet Jim , he was peeling spuds at Blight's Fish & Chips ; then St. Dunstan's for a number of years We were camp councillors for Farther Merseaur at Scotch Lake . We introduce the young sons of Fredericton's finest families to shooting 22's and capture the flag after dark. Jim with Michael & Malcom helped me in 1968 to complete the first T Bar at Crabbe Mountain .think of those 3 MacAfee's in my VW bug driving from Fred . We lost touch as Jim moved to Truro but I keep track of him through Michael & Malcom . A great guy and we had no fun all !!!

Condolence: Your mom and dad are a true love story.....Jim told me lots of stories last year about you girls and your mom and it was so clear to see how much he loved your mom and she was his world. He also talked on and one about their love for Molly and Emma and how proud they were of their daughters Julee and Toni. Please know that your Mom and Dad's love will surround you now and always.
