McCabe, Deryk Reginald - 54, Truro, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2017 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Deryk is survived by his son, Dylan, Moncton; father, Reginald (Bev), Debert; sister, Gina (Richard), Sackville; and niece, Hayley, Sackville. He was predeceased by his mother, Vivian and daughter, Racheal. In honouring Deryk's wishes, a reception will be held in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro on Saturday July 29, 2017 from 2-4pm. Donations in his memory, may be made to the Colchester Branch SPCA or the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.
