It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jean Evelyn Lynds, January 20, 2018 at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.

Daughter of the late Richard and Violet (Elliott) McNutt. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Scott) Brown, sons, Ron (Karen), Randy (Jeannie) and Rob (Jean) Lynds; 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; sister Barbara Lynds and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Wilbert McNutt, their three sons, Cecil, Carl and Curtis; her second husband, Warren Lynds, their son, Jeff; brothers, Donald and Foster; sisters, Lillian and Joan.

A family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Donations in Jean’s memory may be made to the Colchester East Hants Hospice Society.
