Wayne Howard Lynds – 70, Debert, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 28, 2018 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Truro, he was the son of the late Howard and Evelyn (Frizzell) Lynds.

Wayne was a dedicated family man. He was employed for many years with Atlantic Rentals then with United Rentals as a Sales Representative. In former years, he enjoyed fishing then in later years took up golfing and becoming a member of the Debert Golf Club. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife, Grace (Jennings); sons, Duane (Sandra) Halliday, Debert, Troy (Shannon) Halliday, Mission, B.C.; grandchildren, Cody, James, Nathan, Felicia, Emily; sister, Arlene (Mack) Blois, Hilden.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro. Family and Friends are welcome to a Celebration of Life Gathering being held at “The Peg”, Hwy. 2, Masstown (across from the Masstown Market) on Tuesday, July 3 from 7-9pm.
