Earl Stanford Hallett – 66, Hilden, Colchester Co. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Earl Stanford Hallett who died peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, August 9, 2018. Born in Halifax, he was the son of the late Earl and Frances (Rae) Hallett. Earl was an avid collector of pocket watches and antique clocks. He enjoyed country music, bluegrass and playing his guitar. He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie; children, Harry (Darlene) Bryson, Debert, Cindy, Hilden; grandchildren, Brandon, Justin; sister, Fran (Dave) Houghton, Halifax; nieces, Nicole, Brittany, Kim; nephew, Calvin. Besides his parents, Earl was predeceased by sister, Joanne. Arrangements have been entrusted to Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro from where visitation will be held Saturday, August 11 from 6-8pm with Funeral Service on Sunday, August 12 at 2pm.
