Frances “Frankie” Anne Cooper – 77, Truro, passed away October 24th, 2018. Frankie was a teacher at for 24 years at Cobequid Educational Centre. She is survived by her loving brother Ronald Dickens and his wife, Ann; nieces, Devon and Amy. Interment will take place at a later date in Belleville, Ontario.
