Chet will always be remembered for his work ethic at Palmer Refrigeration and unflinching support of the Palmer family over many years. He was such a good friend to Reta and Bill Palmer.
We are sorry we can't be at the funeral as we are visiting family in the Netherlands.

Condolence: I was saddened to read of Chet's passing in today's Herald. I remember well when Vera and he returned to live on the shore. It is always nice to see people from the community return. They were a handsome couple and you seldom saw one without the other. I can understand his overwhelming sadness in the loss of his dear wife. They are now together once again.
