Obituary for Eric Chown
Eric James Chown - 75, Truro, died Thursday, July 11, 2019 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Truro, he was the son of the late Thomas E. and Harriett (Burgoyne) Chown.
He is survived by his children, James (Debbie), Kelly (Mary Jo); grandchildren, Kathlene, James, Robby, Madalyn; step grandchildren, Michael, Judith; brothers, Edward, Percy, Keith, Doug and sister, Caroline; Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Carole; sisters, Val Rines, Mildred Harnish.
Cremation has taken place with no visitation or funeral service by family request. If so desired, donations in Eric's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. Arrangements are under the care of Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro where online messages of condolence may be sent to the family by visiting: www.ColchesterCommunity.com
