Francis Nelson Stewart – 87 of Valley passed away peacefully on January 26, 2020 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Blenehim, Ontario on April 21, 1932 to the late Herbert and Amelia (Leclair) Stewart. Frank is survived by children, Gary (Bonnie), Ken (Virginia), Debbie Acker (Bruce), John (Louise) and Frances “Doll” Blais (J.P.); 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brother, Herman; sisters, Jean, June and Marie. He was predeceased by his wife Frances “Peggy” (Taylor); grandson, Christopher Stewart; siblings, Ernest, Alex, Eleanor and Doris. Frank and Peggy enjoyed travelling and spending time with family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 7 p.m. in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro with Mr. Greg MacDonald officiating.
