BIGNEY (Singer), Winnifred Jennie – Age 93, Truro, passed away on July 31, 2020 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro at the age of 93. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Elsie (Joel) Singer. She is survived by her brother, Bill Singer, Yarmouth; nieces, Pat Chaput, Ontario, Elizabeth Campbell, Ontario and Linda (Willard) D’Eon, Yarmouth. Winnie was pre-deceased by her husband, Walter Bigney; her brother, Doug Singer and her sister, Doris Bastine. Winnie was a gracious and kind lady. She loved her garden and had a soft spot in her heart for all animals. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Winnie was a member of the Truro congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for 70 years. A Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
