Condolence From: Lorna MacDonald
Condolence: Dear family of Len and Gladys,I am very sorry to read of your dad's passing, but not surprising after your mom last year. They were such a team. Donna, I am glad that you were able to have your Dad with you - I understand, since Mom is with me, and it is a great responsibility and privilege. Your mom and dad were regular visitors at our house over the years and both Nanny (your Aunt Cora)and mom and Dad loved to laugh at your dad's stories and jokes. And your mom just went along with the smile in her eyes. They are great memories of a beautiful couple. May they be re-united in heaven and all the best to all of you, as well as to Janice and Margie. Such losses for your family. With loving sympathy, Lorna and Eleanor (MacDonald)

In time may the joyful memories of your dad bring you comfort and joy. I still recall the wonderful stories you both shared when in PelicanNarrows of your dad and your mom and life inNew Waterford.. I still remember when you always said he would burn his black lunchbox pail, when he retired and so he did. Condolence From: Cheryl Deveaux-McDaniel
Condolence: Our deepest and genuine condolences go out to the entire family on the loss of your loved one from the entire Deveaux family. I am the eldest daughter of Jeep and Shirley Deveaux and can remember meeting both Len and Gladys on more than one occasion from my childhood to adulthood and remember fondly all the 'New Waterford' heyday stories my parents referred to when we were growing up. Those stories always included Len and Gladys and all the good times they spent together in their own youthful days. Unfortunately, our mother cannot send along her personal sympathies because she is suffering from dementia. However, I know she would want to make sure that we spoke fondly on her behalf. It is always so hard to have someone leave us, but I know that you will all find solace in keeping special memories close to your heart.
