O'Rena "Rena"  Keeble
Keeble, O’Rena Mae (Hutchinson) - 100, North River/Bible Hill

It is with profound sadness that the family of O’Rena Keeble announces her passing on November 6, 2020 at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro after a brief illness at the age of 100.

She was born in Lockhartville, Kings Co. on February 25, 1920 to the late Kenneth and O’Rena (Smith) Hutchinson. She is survived by her five children, Virginia Forbes, Georgetown, ON, Evelyn (Wayne) McCormick, Norma (Fred) Symes, Stephen Keeble, all of Bible Hill and Ross (Teresa) Keeble, Chatham, ON; grandchildren, Mark Symes, David (Natasha) Symes, Trisha (John) MacInnes, Stephanie (Jeffrey Wethers) Forbes, Kevin Forbes and Greg (Laura) Forbes; great grandchildren, Katie, Kenny, Charlton, Joel, Emma, Isabella, Abagail, Anna and Becka. Also survived by a half-sister, Vicki Hanes and half-brother, Gerald (Margaret) Hutchinson as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Keeble; sister, Marjorie West, brother, Waldo Hutchinson and son-in-law, Murray Forbes. Mom loved cooking family dinners and a good game of cards. She was an avid fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and the Maple Leafs. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation.
