Condolences

Condolence From: Sandy MacNaughton
Condolence: From all the MacNaughton's. To all the Murph's-- our most heartfelt condolences with Jack's passing. Though he will be missed, be comforted knowing that he is now reunited with wonderful Mary. No doubt he is throwing a few horseshoes around with Rev. Dave and others as well.

The Spencer Point memories are abundant. Spooking us at Annie's old house definitely made us kids believe the place was truly haunted for many years after that. I especially enjoyed the many horseshoe 'tournaments' and Jack's swirling throw. It was always good to be on his team as he won a lot. And a Dairy Queen treat was never refused!

God bless you all and stay safe, healthy and positive for our collective mental health.

Condolence: Uncle Jack!
Our sympathy travelling to you all from Ontario.
Thank you to each of you for sharing those wonderful memories of your father, so very eloquently delivered, during the memorial service you made available to all.
Just one of many memories of him comes immediately to mind ..while visiting Anne & Gabriel's Farm" one summer, Jack noticed a shy, awkward girl hiding in the next room while everyone gathered for a photo..he noticed & came over, laid a gentle hand on my shoulder and asked "aren't you a member of this family?", with such a warm smile and those twinkly eyes working their magic - that kind invitation to join in worked ..I will always remember his wit, charm and graciousness!
Every one of you certainly have carried on those talents (or genes?) honourably.
Love, Annette & Jim

Condolence: Hi All,

So very sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I watched the ceremony and it was so lovely to see all your beautiful faces. Jack was such a remarkable force. He touched everybody he came in contact with, with his strong gentle smile.
I hope that he, Mary, Anne and Gabriel are sitting playing a spirited game of bridge, laughing and sharing stories from the past.
Sitting locked down in Stratford and hoping to be able to see you sometime in the near future.

Lots of love,
Chris

Condolence From: Heather MacKay
Condolence: To the Murphy Family:

On behalf of the family of the late Victor MacKay, we send our condolences on the passing of Jack. Our father always spoke highly of Jack. They were childhood friends, enrolled in the Navy together, stood for each other at their weddings, and kept in touch to the very end. We always knew about their special and lifelong friendship.
