Yuill, Avis Pauline “Polly”– Age 75, Lower Truro. On September 30, 2021, Avis Pauline “Polly” Yuill of Lower Truro, passed away in the Palliative Care Unit of Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro at the age of 76 years.

Pauline is survived by her husband, Kenneth Yuill, Lower Truro; two daughters, Angela Geldart (Chris), Dartmouth, Cheryl Phillips (Chris), Ontario; three stepsons, Kevin (Shelley), Alta., Warren (Catherine), Maitland, Darren (Debbie), Ontario; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She also leaves behind two siblings, Dorothy (Darryl), N.B. and Fred, Alton.

Polly enjoyed the outdoors. She loved hunting, fishing and spending time at the family cottage or at the hunting camp with family and friends. Her family would like to extend a huge thank you to the Nurses and Doctors on the 3rd Floor (CEHHC) for their care and compassion.

Cremation has taken place with no visitation or funeral service by request. If so desired, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
