Working with Walter every school day for 14 years was one of my greatest pleasures.We met in 58 at Normal College- Walter was the man-drivin the 1st year 55 V8 Chevy- great memories. Walter was not only a wonderfull teacher,but a hard worker, true gentleman and friend to me and many,many others,Walter was appreciated and loved-so sorry for our loss. Walter McElhinney has passed through my mind often and always will.
