Goodwin, Annie Elizabeth (Johnson) – 86, Millbrook First Nation, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Dorts Cove, Guysborough Co., she was the daughter of the late Andrew Bernard Johnson and Mary (Sylliboy) Johnson.
She is survived by daughter, Anne-Marie Goodwin Stevenson (Jim), Fredericton, NB; son, George Goodwin, Lunenburg and daughters, Loretta, Angela and Tammy, Millbrook, Colleen, Membertou and Carolyn, BC; sons, Bernie and Timmy, Millbrook; sisters, Florence Walsh, Lyons Brook, Dorothy Bohez, Millbrook; brothers, Jim Johnson and Lloyd Johnson, Millbrook; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Annie was predeceased by her husband Lawrence Goodwin; children, Noreen, Timmy, Lawrence Jr. and Carman; sisters, Bridget, Jean and Lena; brothers, Stanley and Robert.
A private service will be held in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro, Father Dariusz Miskowicz officiating. . Burial to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Millbrook.
