Condolence From: Nancy Sewell
Condolence: Dear Family,
Just a note to say I was sorry to hear about Goldie's passing. I only had an opportunity to meet Goldie a couple of times in person, but at the same time I have know her for a life time. She, and her brother and my Grandfather Logan were the tro of Nova Scotiaians who went to Toronto Bible School in the 40's, which joined the 2 families in a life long friendship. Logan and Elsie Mclellan would go on to name their 2nd daughter Goldie after her (who is my Mom Goldie Davidson). So I grew up hearing many stories about Goldie,s Missionary work. What an inspiring Lady she was teaching the many children about Jesus, Living in a mud hut, and even shotting a snake that got caught in the wire at the school. Then when her mission ended in Nigeria, it wasn't time to retire but God Called her again to Korea for more adventures. Dear family may God continue to bless you at this time You will be in our hearts and Prayers at this time. Love Nancy,Ivan,& Logan Sewell

Condolence: Dear Blakeney Family: Joy and I were saddened to learn of Goldie's death. We both have fond memories of our times with this saint of God, who loved her Lord so passionately and served him so faithfully.
Although our faith assures us of God's great love and compassion during these times of loss, there is still a sense of loss until we are together again.
Please accept our love and sympathy and be assured of our prayers as you mourn her loss and celebrate her life.
