Madeline  Fulton
Fulton, Madeline Elizabeth - Age 100, Bass River, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 6, 2022, in the East Cumberland Lodge in Pugwash. Born in Five Islands, she was a daughter of the late William Clarke Alkern and Mary Jane (Ellis) Alkern.

Madeline is survived by her children, Eleanor (John) Dunning, Bass River and Beverley Simpson, Hilden; grandchildren, Kim Dunning, Karen Dunning and Cynthia (Chris) Zwicker, Clint Simpson, Angela Chambers and great grandchildren, Breagh Gillis, Michaela Gillis, Mitchell Gillis, Liam Gillis, Nicholas Simpson, Chiara Zwicker, Calliana Zwicker and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband of sixty-two years, Charles Edward Fulton and sisters, Edna, Beulah, Gladys, Ella, Della and brothers, Leslie, Kenneth and Bernard.

Special thanks to the staff of East Cumberland Lodge for the kind and caring manner in which they cared for Mum.

Cremation has taken place. There will be a private interment in Riverside United Church Cemetery, Bass River at a later date.
