Obituary for H. Elroy Cooper
Cooper, Harry “Elroy” – Age 80, Cross Roads, passed away on April 19, 2023. Born in Upper Stewiacke, he was the son of the late Harry and Muriel Cooper.
Elroy will be deeply missed by his wife, Bessie; daughter, Darlene, Alberta; sons, Albert, Alberta and Stewart, Upper Stewiacke; sisters, Faye Deyarmond, Sharon Gay and Sylvia MacGillivary, all of Truro as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents, Elroy was predeceased by his son, Scott.
Donations may be made to the SPCA.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 29th from 1pm until time of service at 2pm in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro, NS. Funeral Celebrant, Eileen Corah officiating. Interment in Riverside Cemetery immediately following the service. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.ColchesterCommunity.com
