Obituary for Stewart Hardy
Hardy, Stewart Ernest – Age 79, Hilden, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2023, in the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Stewart was born in New Glasgow to the late Ernest and Molly (Clark) Hardy.
He was a member of Branch #26 of the Royal Canadian Legion, Truro and enjoyed playing golf.
Stewart is survived by his children, Janet (Jasen), Jason (Corine) and Alex “Sandy”; grandchildren, Cameron, Max and Evy; stepchildren, Nancy and Robert; step-grandchildren, Cynara (Lester), Skye and Cameron and step-great-grandson, Cason.
Stewart was predeceased by his wife, Linda (Hamilton).
Donations may be made to Branch #26 of the Royal Canadian Legion, Truro or CEHHC “We Care About Cancer” (www.cehhcfoundation.ca).
