We are saddened to announce the passing of Michelle at the age of 52 years. She was born in Truro and died peacefully on January 12, 2024, in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro, with her family by her side, after a long battle with an aggressive cancer.

Michelle is survived by her mother, Joyce Arsenault (Mike); her father, Jim Arsenault (Nancy); her brother, Stephen and her sisters, Twila and Sally. She is also survived by her children Aaron, Jessica (Devin) and Brenton; grandson, Bentley; granddaughters, Harmony, Raven, Rainn and Charleigh; her nieces, Amanda, Lindsay, Candace and Amy Lee; her nephews, Stephen Jr., Mitchel and Blake; several great nephews and nieces; several aunts and great aunts; uncles and great uncles; cousins as well as many close friends. Her friends were everything to her. She also leaves behind her dog, Kiki.

She was predeceased by grandparents, Perley and Thelma McClellan, Florence Arsenault and her cousin, Rachel McClellan,

Michelle was a well-educated woman. She graduated from CEC, Success Business College and went on to further her studies at Saint Mary’s University, taking credits that would complement her education. She even graduated from Modeling School in Halifax.

Michelle was very kindhearted and would drop anything for her family and friends. She loved going to the beach, loved her dog, loved Harleys and loved hanging out with her friends. Her children and her grandchildren were her world.

Michelle showed incredible strength through the challenges thrown her way and she was certainly challenged over the past year, but she rose above it all with grace and dignity. She will be sadly missed by all.
