Gerald and I first met while I was attending Nova Scotia Teachers College in 1970-71. He was always gentle, kind and loving. A very special man. I will hold on to the memories of him forever. Gone far too soon. Sincere condolences to Gerald's family.

To the Lattie Family and friends: I was very saddened by the passing of Gerald. I first met Gerald at the Sun Alliance office and was immediately impressed with his intellect and sincere efforts to go beyond to help others. Gerald remained a true friend over the years and remains so to this day...I will always think fondly of him. A good man: RIP. Randall Creelman
