Obituary for Sandra Whebby (Lowe)
Whebby, Sandra Maureen (Lowe) – Age 62, Bible Hill, passed away on September 16, 2022, in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Musquodoboit Harbour, Sandra was a daughter of Gordon (Claudette) and the late Audrey Lowe.
Sandra will be missed by her husband, Billy Whebby, Bible Hill; sister, Marlene Lowe, Bible Hill; brother, Keith Lowe, Halifax; nephews, Lee (Pam), Jeff; great niece, Emma; great nephew, Michael (Janelle) and two special boys, Carson and Aiden.
Besides her mother, Sandra was predeceased by her sister, Shirleen Lowe.
Sandra spent her working career as a bartender and then as a receptionist. She was known for her love of nature and animals. Sandra had a soft spot in her heart for her dogs, especially her last adopted dog, Cole.
Donations in Sandra’s memory may be made to the SPCA.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro.
A celebration of Sandy’s life will be held on Saturday, October 15th beginning at 1pm at their home, 90 Farnham Road, Bible Hill, NS.
