Condolence: My sincere sympathies on the loss of Matthew. I knew Matthew during his time in his undergraduate medical program. He was such a calm, kind and thoughtful student, taking everything in stride, every day. When he returned to his final year of medicine to graduate with his MD degree, his smile and determination were incredible. I also had the privilege to meet Rachel and his parents to celebrate his receiving of the Gold Medal in Medicine and will always remember how proud you were of his accomplishments. My thoughts are with all of you at this time. Matthew certainly made an impact on all he came in contact with and will certainly be remembered for his caring and thoughtful manner.

My heart was truly saddened to read of Matthew's passing. I remember Matthew as a kind and gentle.soul and true gentleman. The last time I saw him was the night he was packing his family and starting his journey at 11:30 at night after a day of graduation celebration to start the next chapter of his incredible journey with a very pregnant Rachel by his side.
I am thankful our pathes crossed.
