Bruce and I shared many a fun time with lovely ladies who took to him because of his peasant way and stylish dress. We shared an interest in cars and Radio where I classed at Vocational School. What I know about presentable attire I learned from Bruce. All these years later I dress as if Bruce were directing. I am in awe of his accomplishments. I am honored I was able to spend a few short years as his friend.

Bruce was such a clever, talented individual that the only words I can think of for him is lovingly unique. All that knew Bruce will miss him.I never knew when he might come up over the steps at the cottage in Malagash with a huge smile and a big hug.Condolences to your family. RIP Bruce.

bruce will always be a person to remember-- as soon as I would go thru the door taking peoplr to smoke I would see bruce and his smile and how he was always happy and even if he didn't agree he was great and watching him paint and listen to music-and after reading his obit I can truly see the well rounded person he was he will be missed

Bruce and I hung around together with Jim Weeks and others in Westmount Subdivison, Halifax. I remember his 31 Chevrolet Independence 4 door sedan. He was sweet on my sister, Diane. He was a kind and funny person. I'll never forget him. Dave

We lost a good man. Bruce was a fine friend of mine years ago. Sorry that I lost touch after we moved. I met Bruce when we lived in nearby Gays River. We drove the back roads often on our way to Middle, Enfield, Lantz, or the Shubie Group. Back then he had a large ham radio installed somehow in his Ford Ranger,with multiple antennae mounted on the roof, and a search light mounted on the front of the rig (Ranger). What a ticket he was!! Bruce was always quick to lend a hand with people's household broken electrical issues. He could fix anything, or give it a good go. Thoughts to Bruce's family during this difficult time.
