Bailey, Catherine Frances, 81 – Truro, passed away peacefully September 15, 2016 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. She was the daughter of the late Craig and Olive Kinsman. Catherine retired in 1998 from the Department of Agriculture after many years of dedicated service. Catherine was predeceased by her loving husband Donald and sister Lee Fuller. Surviving are daughters, Cynthia (Kim) Hamilton, Bedford and Janice, London, ON; grandchildren, Jennifer (Ryan), Victoria (Grant), Michael (Lesley); great, grandchildren, Mae and John. She leaves behind her sister, Lois Melvin and brother, George. There will be no visitation or service at her request. Cremation has taken place and interment will be held at a later date. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses for their care while in hospital. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the SPCA.
