Joyce Urquhart - 79, Debert, passed away September 26, 2016 in Colchester East Hants Heath Centre, Truro. In keeping with Joyce's wishes, her remains will be interred in Pine Hills Cemetery, Scarborough, Ontario. Donations celebrating her memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to the Colchester SPCA. A full obituary will be published when it becomes available.
