Yorke, Caitlin Christina – 24, Truro. It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Caitlin Christina Yorke on December 19, 2016 at home. Caitlin was a member of the Lawton’s Pharmacy team in Truro, where she will be missed by friends, co-workers, and customers. She graduated from SCA in 2009. Caitlin was a beautiful person both inside and out. She was able to rise above adversity in a beautiful way. She had a personality that made people smile and she was always quick to point out ‘the bright side of things’. She was looked up to by her little brother and younger cousins and she always made sure she had special time with each of them. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose life she touched. She is survived by her parents Christina (Yorke) and David Whitenect, brother David (DJ) Whitenect, grandparents Helen Morrell, Jim and Trish Yorke; aunts and uncles Jim (Gillian) Yorke, Amanda (Rob) Hatfield; cousins Lily and Hayden Yorke, and Mariah and Bradley Hatfield. She will be greatly missed by her fur babies Callie and Pugsley. She was predeceased by her grandfather Gary Morrell. Celebration of Life Service beginning at 6 pm on Friday, December 23, 2016 with Pastor Scott Penner officiating, followed by a reception, both in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro.
