Obituary for Anne-Marie Lee Sykes
Anne-Marie Lee Sykes – 40, Debert, formerly of
Halifax and Calgary passed away Friday, June 15, 2018 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.
Born in Calgary, AB, she was a daughter of Paul and the late Norma (Petch) Sykes. Anne-Marie started her education at Dalhousie University where she obtained her Political Science Degree. She then went on to Manchester, UK where she received a Law Degree.
Survived by son, Bronte, who meant the world to her; sisters, Barbara (Jonthon) Graham, Cherie and Gillian.
She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Colchester East Hants Hospice Society.
A special thank-you is extended to the staff on 8A of the QEII Health Sciences Centre, V.G. Site, Palliative Care Unit of the C.E.H.H.C., Truro, Patricia Baker, Mrs. Barnhill and Lisa McCully.
