Condolence: Like a lot of other members I had the pleasure of working with A/Cst. Jim Fraser during my years on Truro Detachment. He was a proud and dedicated member of the program and could be counted on to have your back. Jim held the RCMP in high esteem and was very proud of his bother Vern’s career in the force. In recent years I would run into Jim from time to time here in Truro and he would always inquire as to the whereabouts of members he worked with over the years. My heartfelt condolences go out to Jim’s family and friends.

Condolence: Sorry to hear of Jim's passing . We worked with Jim at RBC . I actually took over Jim's position when he retired from RBC . Jim was a well respected gentleman . After his retirement , anytime he stopped in at the branch , he would always stop by the office to say hello and see how business was . He will be missed and will always be remembered as a sincere person who always thought of others . Rest in Peace my friend .

Condolence: So sorry for your loss. I transferred to Bible Hill Detachment in 1995. Then to Northern Traffic service. I recall many occasions working with Aux/Constable Jim Fraser. He was a very devoted Member of the program and took his position very seriously. I recall a couple of serious incidents that we tackled and Jim never wavered. Thanks Jim for your support and backing me up. Sending my deepest sympathies to his family.

Condolence: To the Fraser Family please accept my sincere condolences. I spent many night shifts back in Truro/Bible Hill in the 1980's with Jim by my side. He always kept a cool head and a calm demeanor during the many situations that we encountered but he could be counted on to have your back in a jam. He was a true gentleman and a credit to the RCMP Auxiliary Program during his any years of dedicated service.

Condolence: Vern & Angela....sincerest sympathy for the passing of your brother. I never met him but if he is anything like you then he was definitely a gem of a man. Take care & find some comfort in your memories and I'm sure there will be a chuckle or two in some of those memories. Blessings to you & all the family. Vicki
