Sandeson, Marjorie May (Bartlett) – Age 78, Greenfield, passed away peacefully at home on October 30, 2023. Born in Brookside on May 4, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Minnie (Robson) Bartlett.

Marjorie worked at Standfield’s for almost 20 years. She was a member of Greenfield United Church before it closed. Marjorie was a very artistic woman. She was talented in woodcarving and drawing and enjoyed crafts. She also enjoyed playing a game of cards.

Marjorie will be missed by her husband of 58 years, Darrell Sandeson; daughter, Sonya; grandchildren, Christian, Megan, Keegan, Madison; sisters, Helen (Bill), Vonnie (Hollis); brothers, Kenneth (Gloria), Robert, Donald (Minnie), Bennie (Viola) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two grandchildren, Dustin and Austin; sisters, Shirley, Dolly, June and brother, Gilbert.

Donations in Marjorie’s memory may be made to Colchester East Hants VON.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 1st from 6-8pm in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro. The service will be on Thursday, November 2nd at 11am also in Colchester Community Funeral Home. Rev. Shannon MacLean will be officiating.
