Miller, Shawn Keith – Age 45, of Bible Hill, passed away on March 23, 2024, in the QEII – VG Hospital in Halifax, NS, with his family around him. Shawn was born on March 2, 1979 in Kelowna, BC. He was the son of Keith Dimock Miller and Sheryl Ann (Myra) Miller.

Shawn was a sensitive, kind-hearted man with a great sense of humour. He was a good friend and he helped people where he could. Shawn was a spiritual person and he wanted peace to prevail. He loved Jesus with all of his heart and followed his teachings. Shawn enjoyed sports; playing and watching basketball, baseball, golf and hockey. Shawn was a social person and was always up for reunions and parties. He liked traveling and seeing new places. He had a love of animals as well, especially the family cats. Shawn was a member of the CMHA in Truro and a frequent visitor there. He was also a talented painter and he loved making beer, trying new beer and sharing it with others. He liked nature walks, sunsets and experiencing new things.

Shawn is survived by his parents, Keith and Sheryl Miller; his sister, Holly Miller (Kenny Muise); nephew, Brandon Miller; niece, Emma Hollis and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Shawn was loved by all who knew him and will be missed terribly.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the nurses and doctors at the QEII who cared for Shawn.
