Condolence: I am so very sorry to hear that Lorraine has passed. I met Lorraine many years ago as she was a great advocate for Mental Health and Addictions Services in Truro and Millbrook. I will never forget her story telling, her infectious laugh, her warm smile and her wisdom. She was such a strong woman who made a huge impact on others.
