Condolence: To the MacDonald families.
John was definitely one of the funniest 1 liner gentlemen that I had the pleasure of meeting back 1983 when I started working with Mack & Atmus Equipment.
We stayed in contact over the years and in later years it was always a call from Bruce to keep me updated on John’s latest episodes of life and or latest business ventures.
I recall one time in particular when John & Bruce visited us at our home in Holyrood. After a few hours of stories and sociable’s with John trying to get me to help with his rock blasting ventures in NL. With John’s persistence Bruce ended up with a pup to bring back home from my neighbors. The hunting camp episode stories or the fast race horse stories were always a joy to hear him or Bruce !
RIP Sir John I will always remember you.
